Ming Teng

Ming joined Winkler Partners in 2020 focusing on employment law and employer-employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, company formations, restructurings and dissolutions. He also advises clients on data protection and copyright issues as well as general contract matters.

In practice since 2013, Ming has assisted many international companies acquire stakes in Taiwanese targets, as well as helping them resolve contentious employment matters. He has advised an international hotel chain on their Taiwan licensing agreements, advised a famous global cosmetics brand with online and brick and mortar distribution agreements for the Taiwan market, and advised an international music streaming service on copyright issues. Prior to joining Winkler Partners, Ming worked at a domestic television company advising on licensing, brokerage, broadcasting and commissioning agreements.

Ming graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and National Taiwan University College of Law. He is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
