Chi-Hsien Nieh

Chi-hsien Nieh joined Winkler Partners in November 2020 as a member of the firm’s corporate and IP teams.

Prior to joining the firm, Chi-hsien held legal internship and summer associate positions at a global record label’s New York City headquarters and at a major US law firm’s Taipei office. In addition, he served as a pro bono intern at Fordham University’s Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic, receiving a public service award in recognition of his work.

Chi-hsien holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was the Senior Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. He is admitted in New York and is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and speaks conversational Spanish.
