Woang-ling Huang

Woang-ling joined Winkler Partners in 2017 and supports our intellectual property practice assisting clients in the protection of their IP rights and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Winkler Partners, Woang-ling worked as an IP associate at a well-known Taiwanese conglomerate, handling trademark application strategy in North America, South Africa, the European Union, China, Hong Kong & Macau, South East Asia, Japan and Korea, as well as resolving disputes involving copyright and patents. Woang-ling also worked as a clerk at Taiwan’s IP Court assisting judges with civil, criminal and administrative suits.

Woang-ling has a Master of Business Administration degree from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology College of Intellectual Property Studies Graduate Institute of Technology Management and an LL.B. from National Chung Cheng University. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
