Hsin-Hsin Cheng

Hsin-Hsin joined Winkler Partners in 2018 and assists clients with data protection, intellectual property protection and dispute resolution matters. She also provides advice to Taiwanese and international clients on employment and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Winkler Partners, Hsin-Hsin worked at a well-known Taiwanese law firm handling civil and criminal cases, consumer debt matters and trademark infringement matters. In addition, she worked as an assistant for the Presidential Office Organizing Committee for National Conferences on Judicial Reforms.

Hsin-Hsin has a master’s degree from National Chiao Tung University’s Institute of Technology Law, and an undergraduate dual degree in diplomacy and law from National Chengchi University. She is admitted to practice in Taiwan, and speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
